Need: 2 slices of wholemeal bread, smoked salmon, 2 eggs,  avocado oil, black charcoal salt, pepper, fresh lemon, dill

1. Put the bread on to toast.

2. Beat the eggs and heat regular olive oil in a frying pan.

3. Make the scrambled eggs, adding a little salt and pepper.

4. Cut a lemon wedge and get out your smoked salmon.

5. When the toast is ready, spoon over the scrambled eggs.

6. Arrange the smoked salmon over the top.

7. Squeeze the lemon and sprinkle over the dill, black charcoal salt and pepper.

8. If you don’t have the black charcoal salt, there’s no need to sprinkle regular salt as the eggs and salmon should be tasty enough!

9. Drizzle over a little avocado oil
