Need: Chicken Breast, salt, whole peppercorns, bay leaves

1. Preheat the oven to 350°C, remove the skin from the chicken.

2. Place in a tray, pour in water to almost cover, season with salt, pepper and add  1-2 bay leaves

3. Cook for 30 mins in the oven, or 10-15 mins in a pan of boiling water.

4. Shred or slice when cool.
