Need: 2 slices wholemeal bread, 1 can of tuna, red onion,1 tsp capers, pepper, 1 avocado, Dill, yuzu juice (or lemon), lettuce

1. Slice and remove the pitt from the avocado placing it in a bowl.

2. Open the tuna can, squeeze out the excess oil and add to the bowl.

3. Add some black pepper, the capers, thinly sliced red onion and fresh Dill, mix together and enjoy.
