Avocados taste great, are high in Vitamin E so do wonders for our skin and hair, and are full of monounsaturated fats so good for lowering cholesterol.  I came across this oil a few years ago and always keep a little stock now as love using it. Its great with dipping bread or in salads and pastas. I also like cooking with it and since it has a high smoke point it is great for standing up to high temperatures.
