Need: bunch of coriander, 1 lemon, 1 garlic clove, 1-2 green chillis, 1 tsp salt, pinch of turmeric.
1. Wash and let the coriander dry.
2. Peel and put the garlic clove in a blender.
3. Roughly chop and add a little coriander to the blender.
4. Add the green chilli, salt and turmeric.
5. Blend and gradually add the coriander as you do.
6. Squeeze in the lemon juice and add more salt, lemon as you prefer.
